Precious Vintage "Iris flower" Reversible Pendant, 18k Gold and Enamel

Description

This rare and gorgeous vintage pendant is 18 karat yellow gold and features extraordinary floral "champs-levé" enamel work. The front has a black enamel background with a perfectly depicted yellow iris flower with amazing detail in the gold work and champs-levé enamel.  The back features handmade "open-work" gold design of the same iris flower, with a golden-yellow enamel background.  The pendant is round (1 ¼" diameter), with an 18k yellow gold bale for hanging it on your favorite necklaces or chains.  It would go equally well with a yellow gold chain as with a leather necklace or silk rope necklace.  Stamped 750 (18 karat gold).  Its total weight is 23 grams.
